Netanya, December 22 — Building on the successful operational deployment of its Griffin portable maritime and land SATCOM terminals, Over-Sat announced it has secured a follow-on order from a returning major customer in Asia, further validating strong market demand for its technology and solutions.
The new order includes additional Griffin systems together with integrated video-conferencing solutions, enabling secure, real-time video communication between naval vessels and command centers, as well as seamless vessel-to-vessel connectivity.
The Griffin product family delivers 60-cm Ku-band stabilized SATCOM terminals for maritime and land applications in a compact, fully portable form factor. Each system is fully autonomous, integrating a modem and router into a single ruggedized unit designed for rapid deployment.
Packaged in rugged carry bags, the Griffin terminals and video-conferencing equipment can be installed and made fully operational within 30 minutes—on vessels or on land—without technical expertise and without any prior preparation or communications infrastructure, providing mission-critical broadband connectivity wherever and whenever it is needed.
